A one-hour visit where we will have an in-depth conversation about your lifestyle, both today and in the past, covering your neurological, psychological, and physical health, as well as your medications, labs, and other medical details.
Follow-Ups
During follow-up, we’ll assess your progress, including medication and lifestyle adjustments and cognitive changes, and will devise a plan according to your successes, opportunities, and challenges.
NEURO Academy
Our NEURO Academy platform has on-demand courses, live coaching, and a members-only community — everything needed to optimize your brain health. Membership (worth $390 annually) is included in our comprehensive packages.
